Babette Yu

As an educator, I am deeply passionate about learning and continuously strive to discover new knowledge while forging connections across various industries. With nearly a decade of experience as a trainer, I have worked with esteemed institutions, including Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), TAFE Victoria, TAFE NSW, and Torrens University.

I hold a TAE (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) and a Master of Education with a specialisation in Leadership and Management from the University of Sydney. Since 2017, I have combined my training expertise with pedagogical research to enhance my curriculum development skills.

I have collaborated with diverse industries, including law firms, financial companies and public organisations, serving as both an internal and external resource. Utilising my communication and consulting skills, I strive to understand the unique needs of organisations and their people, identifying strengths and weaknesses to provide tailored recommendations.

In 2022, I founded Blooming Future, a learning resources consulting service. I am eager to continue expanding my network and collaborating with a wide range of industries.
