Babette Yu

As an educator, I am deeply passionate about learning and continuously strive to discover new knowledge while forging connections across various industries. With nearly a decade of experience as a trainer, I have worked with esteemed institutions, including Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), Victoria/NSW TAFE, and Torrens University.

I hold a TAE (Training and Assessment Certificate IV) and a Master of Education with a major in Leadership and Management from the University of Sydney. Since 2017, I have combined my training expertise with pedagogical research to enhance my curriculum development skills. I have collaborated with diverse industries including law firms, financial companies, and public organizations, serving as both an internal and external resource. Utilizing my communication and consulting skills, I strive to understand the unique needs of organizations and their people, identifying strengths and weaknesses to offer tailored recommendations.

In 2022, I founded Blooming Future, a learning resources consulting service. I am eager to continue expanding my network and collaborating with different industries.
